What type of information is collected from you?
As an attendee of Core Flow Pilates classes and visitor of this website we collect, store and use the personal data that you provide us. We will also collect information from you if you contact us directly, be that in person or by any means of digital communication.
The personal information we collect from you will include your name, address, email address, telephone number and date of birth. Payment information will also be collected.
When you attend your first class you will be asked to complete a paper health questionnaire. Some of the data in this questionnaire is ‘specialist category’ data.
How is your information used?
We use the information you have provided so that we can effectively manage our classes to ensure that as a participant, you are kept informed and safe. Your information is used to:

ensure your safety and to modify or offer alternative Pilates exercises and movements to suit your individual requirements; and/or

to make contact with you in the event of any changes to/or cancellation of any class you have booked to attend;

How do we collect information from you?
When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

Health information is collected from you in person when you attend your first class.
Who has access to your information?
Your data will not be shared, sold or rented with any third parties unless you have requested us to do so or we are required to do so by law. For example, for safeguarding purposes, by court order or for the prevention of fraud or other crime.
How long is my data held?
We will only retain and use information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
We only retain your personal data until your account is deleted. Once your account has been deleted any personal data linked to financial records will be stored for a 6-year period. HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) have the right to inspect financial information relating to the previous 6 years and require all trading entities to keep financial records for this length of time.

All health information will be retained until 6 months after your last class and/or 6 months after your account has been deleted.
Security and Storage
The security of your data is important to us. Appropriate administrative, technical and physical safeguards are in place to ensure your physical and electronic data is kept as safe as possible.
