Payments and Booking

Bookings should be completed using the online booking system available on this website: coreflowpilates.co.uk. Payment can be made online, via BACS transfer or in cash before the start of your class. 

 

If you wish to pay by BACS transfer then please select the offline manual payment method when completing your booking. BACS payments should be made to:

Attending your first Class

You are required to complete a health questionnaire before your first class. You will be given this in person so please arrive 15 minutes before the start of class to allow time for this. 

 

Attending Class

Please allow enough time to register and set up your space before the start of class. Latecomers will not be allowed to enter the class and full payment will be required. Advanced payments will not be refunded. You will forfeit one class credit if you have a current price plan. 

 

Safety in Class

It is your responsibility to notify the teacher at the start of any class, of any medical or physical conditions; recent or persistent injuries or relevant disclosures. You should also notify the teacher during class if you experience any pain or discomfort.

 

Credit Blocks

A 5 class credit block expires 2 months from the date of purchase. A 10 class credit block expires 4 months from the date of purchase. All credit blocks are non transferable. A request for a refund can be made in writing (includes emails). Refunds will be calculated as follows: single class session rate x number of sessions attended = amount remaining.  

 

Cancellation Policy

Should you wish to cancel/amend your class booking at any time please give 24 hours notice.  Failure to do so will incur the full class single rate or one class credit if you have credits available to use. Advance payments will not be refunded.

Coreflow Pilates does not accept any responsibility for your personal property (including vehicles) before, during or after the class.
